Minnesota Tribal Court Family Law

Walling, Berg & Debele, P.A. has developed both an expertise and a presence in the tribal courts throughout Minnesota. We have attorneys who are admitted to practice in a number of tribal courts and who regularly represent tribal members and non-tribal members in family law matters such as divorce, custody, adoption, child abuse and neglect, paternity, guardianship, and conservatorship. We represent parties in hearings, trials, and appeals in tribal courts and are in a position to advise clients about the unique aspects of tribal court practice including whether a case should or must be handled in tribal court. Even if we do not have an attorney admitted to your particular tribal court, we are always open to taking steps to secure admission to other tribal courts.

Walling Berg & Debele is committed to providing all resources available to our clients. Our High Conflict Resolution Resources Center provides information and resources specific to the needs of families struggling with divorce, custody issues, parenting time and responsibility issues, child development and mental health services.
